And yet, I sometimes wonder whether access to more information has actually made it easier to understand yoga.

Patañjali placed āsana third. Before it comes yama and niyama, the foundation of how we relate to ourselves and others. This is not philosophy as preamble. It is the practice that makes the practice possible.
