3-Day Yoga Workshop, Katowice, Poland

The Inner Turn: Awareness, Attention & the Subtle Practices
Join Tara Mitra in Katowice for a 3-day immersion, for a practical & intelligent exploration of yoga as a way of seeing — the mind, the breath, & the subtle ground from which attention emerges.
Over three days, we move through Mysore-style practice, chanting, prāṇāyāma, and clear teachings drawn from the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali. Each session is designed to help you understand the inner movements that shape your experience, and how practice creates space for steadiness and insight.
Rather than adding more techniques, we refine, and come back to what makes practice transformative:the quality of attention, the relationship with breath, and the ability to meet experience from a steady center.
Tara teaches from more than 22 years of lived practice, yoga therapy, Ashtanga and śāstric study in the Krishnamacharya tradition. Her approach is grounded, relational, and oriented toward clarity — helping you experience yoga beyond technique: as inner orientation and lived insight.
What You Can Expect from This Journey:
Cultivate Subtle Awareness: Refine your relationship with attention and deepen your inner practice through the lens of the Yoga Sūtra
