3-Day Immersion: Mysore, Prāṇāyāma & the Living Tradition of Yoga

December 5-7, 2025

Join Tara Mitra in Barcelona for three days of integrated sādhana—combining Mysore-style practice, Vedic chanting, prāṇāyāma, and traditional teachings.

This 3-day immersion offers a full experience of yoga as a living tradition—anchored in breath, rhythm, and reflective learning. Each day begins in stillness with chanting and prāṇāyāma, followed by personalized Mysore-style practice. Afternoon sessions unfold according to the level and interests of the group, exploring themes such as the eight limbs, yogic psychology, seasonal rhythm, and sound as a gateway to inner awareness.

Tara brings over two decades of experience as a yoga therapist and teacher in the tradition of Śrī Krishnamacharya. Her approach is quiet, intelligent, and clear—supporting each student to engage in practice from where they are. Whether you’re a long-time practitioner, teacher, or newer to the tradition, this workshop offers a space to reconnect with breath, refine awareness, and live your practice more fully.

About the Workshop

This 3-day immersion offers a full experience of yoga as a lived, steady path. Each morning begins in quiet with one hour of chanting and pranayama, followed by Mysore-style practice guided with care and personal attention.

Afternoon sessions explore the mind, the breath, and the body's natural rhythm-through the lens of the Yoga Sutra, Ayurveda, and sound. These sessions are rooted in experience, not theory-supporting each student to engage with the teachings in a clear and personal way

Tara teaches in the lineage of Sri Krishnamacharya and brings over 21 years of experience as a yoga therapist, teacher, and practitioner. Her approach is intelligent, warm, and grounded in sastra.

This workshop is a space to return - not to something new, but to something true.
