3-Day Yoga Teacher Immersion in Lakewood, Ohio
Āśraya: Establishing the Foundations of the Teacher
This 3-day immersion is for yoga teachers and sincere students ready to return to the heart of teaching—anchored in rhythm, clarity, presence, and tradition.
Through the lens of Āyurveda, chanting, prāṇāyāma, and practical teaching skills, this weekend supports each participant in discovering what it truly means to transmit yoga as lived relationship.
With over 21 years of experience as a yoga therapist, practitioner, and teacher, Tara guides each session with depth, warmth, and lineage-rooted precision. This immersion provides not only technique, but insight into how to teach with authenticity, integrity, and reverence for yoga’s source.
