The Inner Thread: Key Teachings from the Yoga Sūtra
A grounding introduction to the weekend through select teachings from the Yoga Sūtra. Explore the purpose of practice, what sustains it, and how we orient ourselves from within.
SATURDAY + SUNDAY MORNINGS
Mysore Style Classes, Prāṇāyāma & Chanting
Breath-led morning sessions with space for Mysore-style self-practice with guidance by Tara. Each morning will include chanting, intelligent sequencing, and progressive prāṇāyāma appropriate to the group.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
The Guṇas in Daily Life: Ayurveda & Inner Rhythm
An experiential session on how the guṇas — sattva, rajas, and tamas — shape our mind and body. Learn how to tune your rhythms and nourish your system using Ayurvedic principles that are simple, clear, and deeply supportive.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON
The Śānti Mantras: Peace as Practice
A meditative close to the weekend exploring the Śānti mantras from the Upaniṣads — their meaning, significance, and the way sound becomes a path to stillness.
