Find Your Study Path
There is more yoga available today than at any other point in history, and most of it is surface level, fragmented, disconnected from its roots.
Every serious teacher feels this disconnection, even when they can't name it. The answer isn't more content. It's a return to structured, lineage-held study, matched to where you actually are in your practice.
There are three paths into that study.
Mentorship
This is not a course. It is a teacher-student relationship, held over time, inside the Sri Krishnamacharya lineage — guided by Tara Mitra, Dr Rob and Dr Vigneshwar Bhat.
Authenticity in yoga through Patanjali’s Yoga Sūtras, Antaranga Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, Pranayama, Sanskrit pronunciation, yoga philosophy and classical Ayurveda are not taught here as separate subjects. They are one body of knowledge, transmitted the way it was always meant to be transmitted.
Mentorship is for the teacher or practitioner ready to stop sampling and start studying.
One-to-One Study
Personal instruction, for anyone whose practice needs direct refinement and a practice created just for you.
Refine Your Āsana
Individualized practices inside the tradition's understanding of vinyāsa krama, and yoga as a therapeutic practice.
Deepen Your Prāṇāyāma
Breath studied as the central instrument of transformation it was always meant to be, under direct guidance from Dr Rob or Tara Mitra
Begin Ayurvedic Study
Yoga was never separate from Ayurveda. This is where that a natural unity is restored, through the body, breath and mind with prakṛti, dinacharya, and classical diagnostic understanding.
On-Demand Study
Recorded teaching, drawn from pure sources of yoga, for study on your own schedule.
This is not a watered-down entry point. It is the same Yoga Sūtras, Antaranga Yoga, the same classical Indic texts structured for self-paced study, for the practitioner ready to begin now.
