The Bhagavad Gita – Part 4: Jñāna Yoga
The Bhagavad Gita is more than just a sacred text—it is a manual for living and thriving
OCT 15 - JAN 28 (at 2pm London / 6:30pm IST )
In this fourth part of the series, we enter the practical heart of the Gita—jñāna yoga, the yoga of knowledge and discernment. Covering Chapters 13 to 18, this section reveals how wisdom is lived in daily life. Here the Gita explains the play of the three guṇas—sattva, rajas, and tamas—shaping our thoughts, actions, food, faith, and practice. Jñāna Yoga is not about collecting ideas, but about learning to see clearly, to understand ourselves deeply, and to act with steadiness and freedom.
Guided by Dr. Vigneshwar Bhat, this course explores how knowledge matures into clarity, how discernment supports right action, and how practical wisdom transforms the way we live. Like the rising sun that dispels the mist, Jñāna Yoga illuminates the path of Dharma—bringing insight, balance, and harmony to every part of life.
